For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following definitions apply:

• "bri62", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bri62 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://bri62.pro.
• "You", "User", "Member", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bri62 platform in any capacity.
• "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including but not limited to name, email address, Indonesian mobile number, date of birth, residential address, financial account details, and IP address.

2.1 Registration Data

When you create an account on bri62, we collect the following mandatory information:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document)
• Email address
• Indonesian mobile phone number
• Date of birth (used to verify the 21+ age requirement)
• Residential address in Indonesia (city, province, postal code)
• Username and encrypted password

2.2 KYC Verification Data

When identity verification is triggered, we collect scanned copies or photographs of:

• Government-issued photo identification: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM)
• Proof of residential address: recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months
• Proof of payment method: screenshot or statement from your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja account confirming account registration in your name

2.3 Financial Transaction Data

Each deposit and withdrawal generates a transaction record containing the amount (in IDR / Rp), the payment method used, the transaction timestamp (WIB), and a transaction reference number. We do not store full bank account numbers or e-wallet credentials — only the masked account identifier necessary for matching your deposits and withdrawals.

2.4 Betting and Gaming Activity Data

We record all wagers placed, games launched, bet amounts, odds accepted, outcomes, and account balance changes. This data is used for account statement generation, dispute resolution, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance purposes.

2.5 Technical and Device Data

bri62 does not use automated decision-making or profiling in any way that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you, except where required by our fraud detection and responsible gaming systems — in which case you have the right to request human review of any automated decision.

bri62 processes your Personal Data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity: Processing your Registration Data, Financial Transaction Data, and Betting and Gaming Activity Data is necessary for bri62 to fulfil its contractual obligations to you under the Terms & Conditions — specifically, to operate your account, accept wagers, and process payments.
• Legal obligation: Processing KYC Verification Data and certain Financial Transaction Data is required by internationally applicable anti-money-laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations to which bri62 is subject as a licensed gaming operator.
• Legitimate interests: Processing Technical Data and Communications Data for fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement is carried out on the basis of bri62's legitimate interest in maintaining a secure, fair, and commercially viable platform — subject always to your interests and fundamental rights not overriding those legitimate interests.
• Consent: Processing your data for promotional communications (marketing emails, bonus offers, and personalised promotions) is carried out only on the basis of your explicit, freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent at the time of registration or subsequently via your account preferences. You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

bri62 does not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We share your data only in the following limited and controlled circumstances:

• Payment processors: To facilitate deposits and withdrawals, we transmit the minimum necessary financial and identity information to our partner payment institutions, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and e-wallet providers OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. These institutions are bound by their own regulatory obligations and data protection frameworks.
• Game content providers: When you launch a third-party game (for example, a Pragmatic Play slot or an Evolution Gaming live table), a session token is transmitted to the relevant provider. This token contains a pseudonymous player identifier but does not include your full name, email address, or financial account details.
• Fraud detection and AML vendors: We engage specialist third-party security firms to assist with fraud detection, IP analysis, and AML screening. These vendors process only the data strictly necessary for their contracted purpose and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
• Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: Where required by applicable law, court order, or the instruction of a competent regulatory authority, bri62 will disclose Personal Data to the relevant authority. We will notify you of any such disclosure where we are legally permitted to do so.

bri62 uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and session storage) on the Platform. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site behavioural tracking technologies. The cookies we use fall into the following categories:

You may control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in and using the Platform. Disabling functional or analytics cookies will not prevent access but may reduce your experience quality. Note that bri62 does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals, as there is currently no universally accepted standard for what DNT requires of web platforms.

bri62 retains your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable regulatory obligations. Our standard retention periods are as follows:

• Active account data (Registration Data, Financial Transaction Data, Betting and Gaming Activity Data): Retained for the full duration of your account's active status, plus a minimum of five (5) years following permanent account closure, to comply with AML and financial record-keeping requirements.
• KYC Verification Data (identity and address documents): Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the last transaction on your account, or such longer period as required by applicable law.
• Communications Data (live chat transcripts, email correspondence): Retained for two (2) years from the date of the communication, or longer if the communication relates to an unresolved dispute or compliance investigation.
• Technical and Device Data: Retained in identifiable form for up to twelve (12) months, after which it is anonymised and may be retained indefinitely for aggregated analytics purposes.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for a minimum of three (3) years following withdrawal of consent, as evidence that your data was processed lawfully during the consent period.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, your Personal Data will be securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with you. Where deletion is technically impracticable within a normal operational timeframe (for example, data held in encrypted backup archives), your data will be isolated from active processing until the backup is due for routine deletion.

bri62 implements a layered technical and organisational security framework to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. Key measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your browser or app and our servers.
• AES-256 encryption at rest for all sensitive Personal Data and KYC documents stored in our databases.
• Role-based access controls (RBAC) ensuring that only staff members with a verified, documented business need may access specific categories of Personal Data.
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) required for all internal staff access to production systems and database environments.

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights with respect to your Personal Data held by bri62. We will respond within ten (10) business days of receiving a verified request.

• Right of access: You may request a copy of all Personal Data we hold about you, together with information about how it is being used and with whom it has been shared.
• Right to rectification: If any Personal Data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that we correct or complete it. For registration details such as your name or date of birth, you may be asked to provide supporting KYC documentation confirming the correct information.
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): You may request deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where you withdraw your consent (for consent-based processing), or where the processing was unlawful. This right is subject to our legal obligation to retain certain data for AML and KYC compliance purposes — in such cases, we will explain which data must be retained and for how long.
• Right to restriction of processing: You may request that we restrict the use of your Personal Data (i.e., continue to store it but not actively process it) in circumstances where, for example, you contest the accuracy of the data or have objected to processing pending verification of our legitimate grounds.
• Right to data portability: Where processing is based on your consent or on contractual necessity, you may request that we provide your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (such as CSV or JSON) so that you can transfer it to another service provider.
• Right to object: Where processing is based on bri62's legitimate interests, you may object to that processing. We will cease processing your data for that purpose unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms.
• Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on your consent (for example, for promotional communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time by updating your account communication preferences or by contacting support. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

The bri62 Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and over. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from any person under the age of 21. If you are under the age of 21, you must not register an account, access the Platform, or provide us with any Personal Data.

If bri62 discovers or is notified that Personal Data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will immediately:

• Suspend the associated account pending investigation.
• Void all wagers placed from the account.
• Freeze any funds in the account pending return to the depositing payment source (net of any amounts required to be retained under applicable AML regulations).
• Permanently close the account and delete all associated Personal Data, except where retention is required by law.

bri62 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or the services we offer. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Display a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days following the effective date of the change.
• Where the change materially affects how we use your Personal Data, send an email notification to all registered Account Holders summarising the key changes and the date they take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of and, where applicable, consent to the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange deletion of your account and return of any Real Funds Balance.
